SM Architectural and Construction Consulting Services Inc. provides architectural and construction consulting services to residential and non-residential building construction projects in the Greater Toronto Area.
The Company will further position itself as an architectural firm that responds to the client’s needs by understanding their preferences, inspiring end-users through aesthetic and functional designs, and adopting sustainable and green practices. The Company utilizes the latest technological development and methods in architectural services to ensure that the client's expectations are met with utmost quality. About Management
Mr. Saeid Moayedi
Mr. Saeid Moayedi is an architectural project planning and management expert with over 19 years of experience in the industry. Throughout his professional career, Mr. Moayedi accumulated sufficient knowledge and developed extensive leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills. Mr. Moayedi has worked in several company but he has been an Architectural Advisor and manager for Pars Hiranic Iranian Co since 2017, where he provides consultations and supervisions over architectural plans and projects. At the same time, Mr. Moayedi is the Founder and Director of Parsan Advertisement Agency, a company that advertises architectural projects and services. Mr. Moayedi holds an Associate’s degree in Architectural Drawing from Shahid Bahonar Technical College and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Hafez Shiraz Institute of Higher Education. He has aspired to transfer his skills to the Canadian workforce by establishing an architectural and construction consulting business in Ontario.
